SLAB LEAK SPECIALISTS

Accurate Leak & Line Location offers years of experience in diagnostic plumbing testing and personalized consultation.  We are specialized in the detection and isolation of sub-surface water pressure and sewer drain line leaks.  We perform diagnostic testing on sanitary drain systems and domestic water systems for foundation evaluation.  We offer in-line video camera inspection and can trace any type of sub-surface line.  We are fully equipped with state of the art electronic line locating and listening equipment.   

Pressure water leaks are located using state of the art electronic, listening devices and line locating equipment.  We are able to pressure test the entire domestic water system and pin-point any leaks within the system when a loss of pressure is indicated.

Static pressure testing is performed to determine if there are any leaks within the sanitary sewer system.  When leaks are indicated, process of static isolation testing, video camera inspection and electronic line location are executed.  We are able to static pressure test the entire sanitary sewer system and pin-point any leaks within the system when a loss of static pressure is indicated.

We use state of the art video camera equipment to inspect the interior of the sewer system.  We are able to pin-point the location of the camera head or any defects within the pipe from above slab or grade level.  We are capable of tracing basically any type of line below slab or grade level, or above grade level and in walls if necessary.      

SLAB ON GRADE FOUNDATIONS  

We are specialized in diagnostic testing of the domestic water system and sanitary sewer system for foundation evaluation. We can determine the amount of fluid lost beneath the slab during normal use conditions.

We secure the technology to repair drain lines beneath slab level from within the pipe, eliminating extensive and costly destruction, excavation and restoration.
