Questions About Franchising

Since 2002, Accurate Leak and Line has been providing best-in-class diagnostics and repair solutions for complex plumbing issues. We are not a general plumber – we specialize in underground plumbing, repairs and rehabilitation. While we do perform traditional, excavation-based repairs, our minimally invasive approach keeps the exterior of homes and businesses looking their best. Our solutions are efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally conscious.

Accurate Leak and Line does what other plumbers can’t or choose not to do. Our niche services require a level of skill and specialization that’s out of reach to the average plumber. When you franchise with us, you’ll have a corner of the market all to yourself! You’ll also benefit from a proven business model, experienced leadership, industry-leading training and support, and resources that are designed to help you build a thriving business.

Throughout the life of your franchise, you’ll be responsible for various monthly and annual fees, including a royalty fee. Your royalty fee varies depending on whether you’re operating a standard franchise or a conversion franchise, and it’s also contingent upon your monthly gross sales. For many Accurate Leak and Line franchisees, the monthly royalty fee is 7%, but it can be as low as 5% as your gross sales increase. For more information on royalties and other fees, see Item 6 of our FDD.

All of our franchise owners receive two weeks of onsite training with us in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The first week of training covers the basics of running a business, including operations, marketing, and HR. The second week is hands-on field training, where you’ll learn the skills and trade secrets needed to perform our niche services. For owners who won’t be providing services, the licensed plumber on your staff will also need to attend the second week of training.

We require all Accurate Leak and Line franchisees to have a licensed plumber on staff. That can be the owner, or it can be someone else. You’ll also need to be sure you’re in compliance with all state and local regulations for plumbing businesses in your area.

Our support doesn’t end just because you’ve opened your business! All Accurate Leak and Line franchisees receive ongoing support throughout the life of their business, including continuing education, marketing and operations assistance, and dedicated support from our home office team. You’ll always have the tools and resources you need to thrive.

Of course! In addition to protected territories, we offer multi-unit agreements. For multi-unit owners, gross sales are the revenue from each of your territories combined. This can make it easier to achieve the reduced royalty fee we offer to higher earners.

We do not offer in-house financing. That said, we’ll be happy to connect you with one of our trusted vendors, and you’re welcome to pursue financing with the lending partner of your choosing.

It couldn’t be easier! Simply fill out our convenient online form today. A member of our team will be in touch shortly with more information about your opportunity with Accurate Leak and Line.
