Franchise Investment
Although making franchise ownership a part of your entrepreneurial journey is a more straightforward process than starting an independent business, it’s still a huge decision. You’ll need to consider a number of factors before deciding if franchising is right for you. Perhaps the most important of these factors is whether or not the franchise investment you’re making is a smart one. Accurate Leak and Line’s proven business model and niche place in the plumbing market make sense for your financial goals.
A Closer Look at the Numbers
Let’s start by looking at some of the most crucial parts of our plumbing franchise cost. These figures are for standard, single territory agreements; conversion franchises and multiunit agreements will be a little different. For more information, see Item 7 of our FDD.

Additional Fees
While you’re thinking about our plumbing franchise cost, it’s smart to go beyond the initial investment and include regular expenditures, like fees and other expenses related to running any business. Throughout the life of your franchise, you’ll be responsible for a range of monthly, annual, and recurring fees. These fees are the same regardless of whether you operate a standard franchise or conversion franchise.
Your monthly royalty fee is contingent upon your gross sales. For many franchisees, the monthly royalty is 7%, but it can decrease as your revenue increases. You’ll also be responsible for a monthly brand fund contribution, local marketing fees, technology fees, and more. Additional information can be found under Item 6 of our FDD.
