Non-Invasive Rehabilitation water line repair non-invasive spot repair job
Non-Invasive Rehabilitation at S. Dallas Business Park A fashion apparel distributor located in the design district of Dallas, TX was experiencing water protrusion at various locations around the building and parking areas. Accurate Leak & Line was contracted by one of their long time property management clientele to diagnose the ongoing problem and make proposals for repair. Upon diagnostic testing and video camera inspection, it was revealed that the building main 4 inch sewer line was deteriorated and leaking sewer below the building slab and had saturated the soil such that it was beginning to protrude from beneath the building. Due to dry Texas soils, high soil moisture content below a structure can cause extreme foundation problems to exist if not addressed quickly. The building owner therefore was extremely stressed over the wellbeing of his building but at the same time did not want to disrupt the tenants operations or destroy the beautiful and expensive stained and polished decorative concrete slab within. Accurate Leak & Line cost effectively installed 4 inch Cast In Place Epoxy Pipe Liner throughout the building main line from new cleanouts installed by Accurate Leak & Line at the front of the building. The main line was 8 feet deep below the slab of the building and traditional excavation and repair would have been extremely expensive and destructive to the building foundation and the tenants’ day to day operations. Our vast clientele of Texas property managers contract Accurate Leak & Line to professionally diagnose and provide cost effective and non-destructive methods of repair to their distinguished property owners.Learn More about Trenchless Water Line Repair
