 Cast-in-place Pipe Liner Installed Beneath DFW Airport Runway DFW Airport – A 4″ jet fuel vacuum line running beneath the runway at DFW airport had developed a pressure leak. This line’s function is to extract jet fuel exhaust away from the runway to where it is properly filtered and disposed. In order to adhere to strict FAA guidelines, the airport was to have the leaking line repaired and pressure tested accordingly in a very small window of time.Air passengers watched as Accurate Leak & Line successfully installed a push-rod CIPP beneath the extremely dense layer of runway concrete, rehabilitating the leaking vacuum line with absolutely no destruction or disruption to the airport’s busy daily routine.  HVAC Circulation Lines Rehabilitated at Church Community Complex First Baptist Carrollton, A busy community complex encompassing a church, school and daycare located in Carrolton TX, was experiencing repetitive pinhole leaks throughout the main HVAC circulation system.Due to extreme Texas temperatures, it was a major inconvenience for the complex to go without heating or cooling for any period of time as well as the disruption accompanying traditional excavation and replacement of the aged deteriorated lines. The piping system was composed of two inch diameter black steel pipe which originated from the facility’s mechanical room and traveled below slab approximately six feet deep to and from multiple buildings throughout the complex. From existing access points into the HVAC system, Accurate Leak & Line technicians dried and sand blasted the pipes to remove scale and buildup from years of deterioration then completely coated the interior of the pipes with an impermeable epoxy pipe-liner guaranteed with warranty not to leak.The system was isolated into sections to keep portions of the complex in operation with no major inconvenience to every day operations and saved the community significant costs which would have been involved in traditional excavation, re-piping and reconstruction.Learn More about Trenchless Water Line Repair |

 Major Excavation avoided at beautiful Cedar Creek Lake, TX Home A video camera inspection prompted by continuous drain stoppages at a guest cottage on this sprawling Cedar Creek Lake property revealed a deteriorated cast-iron sewer line, infiltrated with tree roots and completely collapsed in some places. The lateral connection of this pipe to a large septic tank serving the entire property had also completely deteriorated.This tie-in to the buried tank was approximately 13ft deep, and to repair it traditionally would likely involve exposing and replacing the entire tank as well. Despite the severe root invasion and poor structural integrity of the depleted cast-iron pipe, the line could still be restored non-invasively, but would first require extensive pipe preparation. Accurate techs launched hi-torque pneumatic cutting and cleaning tools remotely from a roof vent to clean and restore the host pipe to its original diameter. A structural cast-in-place drain liner was inserted, using roof vent and septic lid as access points to pull the liner into place. The structural liner extended into the tank, creating a new pipe where the previous connection had deteriorated. The installation was successful, avoiding major excavation of this beautiful lakefront property.
